BirdieUP Canada was founded as a passion project by current grade 12 students Anya Yang, Christine Liang, and Ivy Forchune. Their goal is to create a sustainable future through creative endeavours!

Founder - Anya Yang
Anya Yang is a current Grade 12 student at St. Robert Catholic High School. As an avid badminton player since she was in grade 4, she has witnessed countless badminton birdies end up in the landfill, and decided to use her passion for arts as well as community service to solve this problem.
In her spare time, Anya loves debating and reading history, economics, and arts and crafts. She is also, of course, on her school's badminton team.
Director of Marketing - Christine Liang
Christine Liang is a current Grade 12 student at St. Robert Catholic High School. An aspiring paediatrician and badminton player, she loves all things creative, working with kids and is constantly looking for new ways to help the environment.
For fun, Christine loves painting, baking, and going to the mall. She also is on the STR badminton team!

Ivy Forchune
Ivy Forchune is a current Grade 12 student at St. Robert Catholic High School. Ivy deeply cares about the environment, and noticed while playing badminton with her father that many broken birdies were left behind. She also loves working with youth, both of which inspired her to join BirdieUP to create sustianable change!
When she's not helping BirdieUP with its events, you can find Ivy boxing, listening to music, or coaching swimming.
